A rare, 1928 Duska Face Powder container. The stunning art nouveau style, red and black oval cardboard container has its original powder. The rare Duska box was designed by artist Frank Graham Holmes, the chief designer of Lenox china from 1905 to 1954. The United Drug Company hired Holmes to design the Duska container for the Rexall Drug Store chain. The oval box measures approximate 4 18" long x 3" wide x 1 3/8" tall. The exterior is in very good vintage condition, the bottom has penciled numbers on the top of the oval.
